Our “Pizza Zero Waste” campaign, part of the preview for the Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit during Gulfood 2025, is an ambitious awareness initiative designed to reduce waste to zero. Promoted by Sustainable UAE Eating and supported by the Royati Charity Society, this campaign advocates recycling leftovers and reusing materials across both restaurant and home settings.
Featuring participation from some of the most talented pizza chefs in Dubai—including the renowned Giuseppe Marrapodi of Lunarossa—this initiative is a bold step toward creating a more sustainable future in the culinary world.
