OUT-OF-THE-BOX: REDEFINING THE GULFOOD EXPERIENCE

At Argos Star, we are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what an F&B event can be. Our Out-of-the-Box initiative transformed the world’s largest annual F&B event, Gulfood, into an immersive post-fair experience that extended the excitement well beyond the exhibition halls.
We crafted an evening where B2B networking, luxurious downtime after a busy fair day, and avant-garde culinary tastings merged seamlessly. This edition showcased groundbreaking world premieres—such as the innovative “Dine with Gems” and the unveiling of the Gelatarian era with GelatoCuisine. In collaboration with EURO-TOQUES INTERNATIONAL and as part of the Sustainable UAE Eating project (which included the exciting Pizza Zero Waste initiative), Out-of-the-Box underscored our commitment to innovation and sustainability in the food and beverage arena. Michelin-starred chefs such as Marco Bottega, Marco Marras, Giorgio Servetto, and Lorenzo Montoro elevated the experience further with their stellar performances.
