STELLE&BOLLE: CELEBRATING CULINARY INNOVATION AT GULFOOD

Argos Star ended the first day of our Out-of-the-Box series at Gulfood 2025 with an unforgettable evening event—Stelle&Bolle. Hosted at the esteemed BOLLE Restaurant, this reception brought together Dubai’s top chefs and Gulfood exhibitors for a night of dynamic B2B networking, exquisite tastings, and creative culinary showcases.
Highlights of the evening included a breathtaking bucatino all’amatriciana by Marco Bottega and an exceptional veal dish with caramelised pear and Pecorino from Lorenzo Montoro. In addition, Maurizio Paci delighted guests with a gastronomic gelato as part of our GelatoCuisine initiative. Earlier that day, chefs Bottega and Montoro were the stars of the Italian Food Lab organized in collaboration with the ITA – Dubai Office at the Italian pavilion of Gulfood.
