GELATOCUISINE AWARDS: CELEBRATING THE GELATARIAN COLLECTION

Argos Star is delighted to announce the success of the inaugural GelatoCuisine Awards at Gulfood 2025 in Dubai. As part of our Out-of-the-Box experience, we recognized the creative prowess of five Dubai-based chefs who initiated the Gelatarian Collection—a dynamic series of gelato recipes destined to evolve with contributions from culinary talents worldwide.
The winners—featuring innovative creations such as Samuele Castagna’s “Caprese with Burrata Gelato,” Omar Castellani’s “Panic Fear” (with its innovative hot-cold balance), Alessandro Miceli Mamabella’s “Pappa al Pomodoro on Crunchy Bread Crumbs,” Antonio Monzo’s tribute to Paestum with cannoli filled with buffalo ricotta gelato, and Galileo Reposo d.ream group’s “Completely Out”—were honored by a distinguished panel that included Michelin-starred chefs Marco Bottega, Lorenzo Montoro, Giorgio Servetto, gelato master Stefano Franceschi, Giovanni Galli (General Manager of Iceteam 1927 – Ali Group SRL), and Gianni Cimitan from Gianni & Gelato General Trading LLC.
This initiative redefines gelato as more than a dessert—it is now a celebrated component of gourmet dining. At Argos Star, we are proud to drive forward innovative culinary projects that challenge the norm.
