At Argos Star, we believe that exceptional dining experiences are meant to surprise and delight. Our “Dine with Gems” world premiere at Capital Club Dubai during Gulfood 2025 did just that—transporting guests into a realm where fine dining meets luxury and artistry.
Guests were invited to wear rare, exquisite gemstones during an exclusive dinner, creating a multisensory encounter that transcended traditional dining. The culinary journey was curated by four Michelin-starred Master Guest Chefs from Italy—Marco Bottega (Aminta*), Marco Marras (Ristorante Oseleta*), Lorenzo Montoro (Il Flauto di Pan*), and Giorgio Servetto (Vignamare*)—and was introduced by Capital Club’s Executive Chef Luca Carbini alongside Ivan Musoni, culinary director of our Out-of-the-Box Gulfood After Fair program.
